When I use the word controversial I am referring to the multiplicity of opinion on the subject within the Vaastu fraternity. Also, I use the word controversial because much of the general public believes that since basements and dead ends were non-existent in the ancient times when Vaastu was formulated, the current Vaastu advisory on these subjects is weak.
